Shipping policy

The products offered on our website may vary in price and/or availability at the time you place your order, in this case no charge will be made to your credit card and the transaction will be cancelled.

Days WonderStore only delivers orders via the internet to residents of the Republic of Panama. The time to pick up your order in the store depends on the hours stipulated on the product page with a minimum of 3 hours after confirming your purchase as long as it is during business hours. Once you receive the email indicating that your order is ready to be picked up, you should check the store hours to be able to pick it up.

Orders made to withdraw at a branch have a time of 30 days to be withdrawn. In case they are not withdrawn within the stipulated time, Days WonderStore will try to contact the client to grant them an additional 7 days to withdraw the merchandise. In case of not being able to contact the customer, the merchandise will be returned to the store.

If you selected the delivery option, the delivery times are as follows:

Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m -5:00 p.m.

Shipping areas:

Panama City: $4.50 (24 to 48 hours estimated delivery) *if order is greater than $500, delivery is free.

Other areas: $6.00 (Freight Chavale) *if order is greater than $500, delivery is free.
